Join us for a hands-on 90-minute workshop where we blend the power of therapy and values work to create a vibrant intention board for the new year. Your $35 registration fee includes all art supplies, coffee by Killer Coffee and sweet treats from Milkbread.
Each year, as January rolls around, we find ourselves confronted with goals, resolutions, and the idea that with a new year, there must be a new you. But what if a new year doesn't need a new you but a more centered one?
Let’s get together and craft a visual guide for the next 12 months for how we hope to show up more fully ourselves. Led by Michelle Fernandez, our resident art interventionist, this workshop will help you take stock of where you currently stand, lead you through an exercise to identify your top values, and then use these to create your own intention board for the new year.
In this interactive session, you'll:
Explore your values: Delve deeper into your core values and beliefs to uncover what truly matters to you.
Craft intentions: Define clear intentions for the year ahead.
Create a visual guide: Design a visual representation of your values and desires for a centered year.
Gain clarity and focus: Leave the workshop feeling further connected to self and equipped to create your desires.
This workshop is for you, if:
1. You want to set meaningful intentions for the year.
2. Enjoy creative expression and self-discovery.
3. Are looking for a more mindful approach to action.
