You did it. You made it to adulthood. You can finally stay up all night chatting on the phone, or taking spontaneous trips with the girls. The only problem is you live four states away from your college best friend and have been invested in your new job and suddenly when you pick up the phone you realize, What happened to all my friends?

Despite being the most digitally connected generation, ours is also the most lonely. Why? For many of us, our life events and proximity have shaped our relationships, but what happens when we lose the forced exposure of academics? Or when we move to a new city, or all our friends get married? How do we have and how can we be friends?

  • Perfect for women 20-29

  • Learn what YOU want from friendships

  • Learn how to set boundaries

  • Learn how to maintain connection in real life, not just on socials.

In this workshop, Abigail, will support you in exploring what it means to build healthy young adult relationships, the ones that will carry us through the messy, beautiful decade of our twenties. We will cover what YOU need from friendship, how to set boundaries, and how to encourage connection beyond social media. After ninety minutes of jam packed conversation and activities we are creating thirty minutes of space for you to interact with each other over coffee and pastries, and maybe even meet your new best friend.
