Healing is a radical act.

In a world that demands we suppress, push through, and disconnect from our bodies, choosing to slow down, feel, and reclaim ourselves is resistance. This group is a space to honor your wholeness, resilience, and the wisdom within you.

In this group, we will explore Somatic Experiencing (SE), Polyvagal Theory, and ancestral healing wisdom to better understand trauma, not as an individual flaw, but as a response to personal, generational, and systemic stressors. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in community, in relationship, and in reclaiming our right to rest, joy, and embodiment.

This is not a space for pathologizing, fixing, or “curing.” Instead, this is a space to return to yourself, on your own terms, in a way that honors your lived experience.

When: Wednesdays from 4:30pm - 5:45pm

Dates: 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18
