I specialize in empowering women as they navigate life’s transitions and obstacles. With a passion for supporting individuals through parenting challenges, anxiety management, religious trauma, chronic health struggles, and fostering healthy relationships, I believe that every woman deserves a safe space to explore her feelings and reclaim her narrative.

My approach is holistic and systems-based, recognizing that our lives are intertwined with various influences—personal, relational, and societal. I strive to create a nurturing and supportive environment where you can express yourself freely and gain insight into your unique story and journey. I believe in the power of collaboration, you are the expert on your experience. Together, we’ll work to cultivate a sense of peace, purpose, and perseverance.

Whether you’re facing a major life change such as entering marriage or parenthood, or seeking clarity in your everyday struggles in work or home-life, I’m here to walk alongside you, in grief and triumph.

During my professional education, I received specialized training in a certificate program from the Nutritional Therapy Association focusing on nutritional therapy which allows me to help support women in a holistic way. I have the unique ability to help women assess individual lifestyle systems that may have an impact on their mental health concerns. This training is specifically beneficial for perinatal, postpartum, or women who struggle with chronic health conditions.

Since graduation from my MSW program, I have undergone continuing education training in the IFS modality as well as trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, I received specialized training as a life coach through the Life Coach Training Institute which allows me the skills to help women not only accomplish their goals but to build trust and belief within themselves. I have experience working with women of many cultural backgrounds as well as with LGBTQ+ and queer adolescents.

In my sessions, I welcome a client-centered approach. Your individual needs matter most! I am here to create a safe and affirming space for you to express your thoughts, and feel your feelings, without judgment. It will be my pleasure to lend a listening ear and support you as you seek to gain internal understanding or achieve life goals!

As an associate, I receive supervision from Tameka Whittlesey, LCSW, LCASA.
